Legal frame
Based on the preparatory work of Kostas Papaiannou and his report in the morning
session, it was accepted, that according to the civil law the network should
have the legal identity of a corporation. The corporation has the right to elect
its own administrative organs, to pursue projects and to attain financial resources
and property.
Terms and conditions were already prepared by preliminary statutes. Some small modifications of the proposed statutes were discussed. A final constitution to be approved by the court will be finished and be sent to all participants by eMail.
Board of management / board of directors
A temporary administration committee of 7 members signed the protocol of formation
(Kostaras, Kritikos, Lekkas, Makaritis, Papaiannou, Soumelidou,......) With
this protocol the statutes can be given to the court for the legal acceptance.
This will take 4-5 months time.
